Despite only joining our team in January 2021, Steven is already a motor trading veteran, having owned and operated his own dealership for a number of years.

As our Primary Buyer, Steven’s knowledge and expertise – showcased while he carries out car appraisals – continue to ensure that Redgate Lodge consistently has the very best stock, at the best prices.

Away from the motor trade, you’ll find Steven spending time with his wife and five daughters or rustling up delicious food in the kitchen.

Having been in the industry for three decades, Steven boasts a wealth of motoring experience. As General Manager of several national car auction companies, there is not much that Steven hasn’t come across in his extensive career.

Since joining us here at Redgate Lodge in January 2024, Steven’s fantastic work rate ensures our vehicle purchasing systems are as effective as possible, as he liaises closely with those interested in selling, while also organising vehicle transportation and overseeing the appraising and valuing of cars.

In his spare time, Steven keeps himself fit at the gym, while he also enjoys watching his son play football and taking his beloved dog for long walks.

With 26 years of motor trade experience, including time as the Head Test Driver for Mitsubishi, John is an incredibly valuable asset to the Redgate Lodge team.

Having spent a year in our Bodyshop, John’s automobile expertise saw him move to his current role, where he can communicate directly with our customers, as he collects sold cars on behalf of our Vehicle Purchasing department.

When not on the road, John spends time with his ever-growing family which includes three grandkids! If that’s not enough to keep him on his toes, John loves walking his dog, restoring his own collection of cars and exercising at the gym.

Friendly and welcoming, Scott greets every customer through our Vehicle Purchasing service with a smile. Equally popular with his colleagues, Scott manages the logistics behind collecting cars from across the country.

Ensuring transport operations run smoothly, Scott uses his effective communication skills to keep customers and team members at all levels aware of changing circumstances.

In his spare time, football-mad Scott adores time with his grandkids and enjoys a relaxing break away to his caravan any chance he can get.
