Sales Team

Stew joined us in 2017, coming with an exceptional background that has since expanded into 22 years of motor trade experience.

Having worked with various brands in the premium sector, including over a decade with BMW, Stew has become an integral part of Redgate Lodge, and leads the sales team across both of our dealerships. Stew also works closely with our after sales and valet team.

Away from the showroom, Stew, who is a keen boxing fan, can also be found supporting Newcastle United on a regular basis, and spending as much time as possible with his family.

Starting with us back in 2016, Sam’s progress in sales has been nothing short of phenomenal, especially as he arrived from a non-sales background, previously working as a delivery driver for a local company.

If you ask anyone who knows Sam to describe him, they would all come back with the same answer, “One of the nicest people you will meet” and we second that! Sam’s knowledge is now that of someone with 20 years of trade experience which is a credit to his work ethic and commitment to offering our customers a great service.

In his spare time, Sam is a keen golfer, and when not at work can be found wandering the links or spending his time with his girlfriend, Jade and his dog, Barney.

Since joining us from Land Rover in 2019, Andy has brought his infectious enthusiasm and leading knowledge of prestige cars to our Shiremoor showroom.

A huge car enthusiast, what Andy doesn’t know about high-performance vehicles is simply not worth knowing, as demonstrated by the fact he’s personally owned over 30 cars!

Unbelievably, Andy is a grandfather and, away from the forecourt, former Chef Andy loves cooking delicious dishes for his wife and 4 children.

Paul is a dedicated sales executive at our Shiremoor site. With a relentless work ethic and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, Paul consistently exceeds expectations.

His deep understanding of the automotive industry coupled with his charismatic approach makes him a formidable force in sales.

Off-duty, Paul swaps the hustle of the showroom for the tranquillity of the golf course, finding solace while he perfects his swing on the driving range.

Kevin started at Redgate Lodge as a Machine Polisher, ensuring every car he worked on looked its best, before he moved into our Sales department. Transferring his outstanding eye for detail and care for the cars he works with, Kevin has not looked back.

Popular with customers and colleagues, Kevin loves to engage with people and demonstrates his dedication to the business at every opportunity.

In his spare time, you’ll find Kevin working on his BMW collection, polishing almost anything he can get his hands on, as well as spending time with his family, especially his son, Jaxon, the apple of his eye.

Will joined Redgate Lodge at 16, working in all areas of his family’s business, including the valet bay, workshop, bodyshop and service centre.

In 2023, Will joined the sales team, now successfully operating from our Select site, and has never looked back. Winner of the Rising Star Award at the 2024 Motor Trade Industry Awards, Will possesses a vast knowledge of the business and exceptional customer service skills, further demonstrated by positive online reviews and good word of mouth.

Away from the dealership, keen golfer Will can either be found on the driving range, in the local pub or out on the road in his Golf R.
