At Redgate Lodge, we’re proud to celebrate an incredible milestone – 15 years in business. To mark the occasion, our team, partners, and friends came together for a night of fun, laughter, and recognition.
The evening was filled with live interviews, raffle prizes, and team shout-outs showcasing the strong culture that has driven our success. From a £15 Costa voucher to the much-anticipated “day off” prize, the raffle brought plenty of excitement. And while the top prize might not have been a Caribbean holiday, the smiles said it all.
Our Managing Director shared heartfelt stories about the journey from a small local dealership to an award-winning motor group built on the dedication of our 55-strong team. The highlight? Hearing how staff like Ryan, once a customer, are now thriving members of the team – a perfect example of our commitment to developing talent and promoting from within.
Guests enjoyed fantastic food, free drinks, and a buzzing atmosphere, proving once again that Redgate Lodge isn’t just about cars – it’s about people. Whether staff, suppliers, or long-time friends of the business, everyone came together to celebrate the loyalty, hard work, and community spirit that define us.
