We are delighted to announce Redgate Lodge has again taken home a fantastic industry award from the Motor Trader Independent Dealer Awards 2021. The car dealership took home the number one sport for the ‘UK Independent Dealer of the year’.
The awards, which were held on 19th October at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, celebrate the who’s who of the motor trade during the glamorous awards ceremony. The entries closed back at the end of July with an agonising wait for those who had entered. The rigorous judging process for those involved included mystery shoppers and an audit process.
“It’s fantastic for us to be named as the UK Independent Dealer of The Year. I’m so proud of our team and the hard work they all put in which has helped us take home this award. ” said Scott Sibley, Managing Director. “We know that the customer journey doesn’t end when the car is purchased. The awards ceremony saw dealerships from across the UK gather to celebrate success in 12 different Retail categories ranging from ‘Digital Initiative of The Year’ to ‘Car Supermarket of The Year’. The event was hosted by ITV ‘I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Her: NOW’ and SkyOne ‘The Match’ presenter, Mark Durden-Smith.
