Redgate Lodge has scooped an industry recognised award at the Motor Trader Independent Dealer Awards 2019. The car dealership took home the trophy for the ‘Aftersales Excellence’ category, for its Bosch Service Centre.

The awards, which were held on 9th October at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, celebrate the ‘creme de la creme’ of the motor trade during the glamorous awards ceremony. The entries closed back at the start of August, with an agonising wait for those who had entered, and a rigorous judging process for those involved.

“We pride ourselves on our aftersales service, so to be recognised for this is amazing” said Scott Sibley, managing director of the business. “We know that the customer journey doesn’t end when the car is purchased, and it is important to be there for the customer for as long as they need us.”

The inaugural awards ceremony saw dealerships from across the UK gather to celebrate success in 11 different categories ranging from ‘social media campaign of the year’ to ‘car supermarket of the year’. The event was hosted by BBC TV programme ‘Football Focus’ presenter, Dan Walker.
