This week we’re back behind the scenes at Redgate Lodge Motor Group for another episode of Dealership Diary and this one includes a seriously quick Audi RS5! 🚗💨
We start by taking an incredible one-owner Audi RS5 Coupé in Turbo Blue out for one of our 10 Minute Test Drives. This car completely surprised us with just how quick it is with incredible performance from Audi’s 2.9 litre V6 twin turbo engine and quattro all-wheel drive.
Could this be one of the fastest Audi RS5s we’ve driven?
We then head over to our Vehicle Preparation Centre to walk around the yard and check out some of the latest cars arriving into stock, including a Range Rover Sport, as they begin their journey through the Redgate Lodge preparation process.
🌱 Making our EVs stand out
We discuss some of the latest changes we’re making to the Redgate Lodge website, including how we can make our electric and hybrid vehicles easier to identify and help customers understand the benefits of making the move to an EV.
🔧 Behind the scenes at Bosch Car Service
Next, we call into our Bosch Car Service workshop and catch up with the service team to see just how busy the department is.
We also speak about how Kim is getting on running our Aftersales Department, and take a look at another important part of the operation that customers don’t always get to see.
🚘 Forecourt walk with Paul
Back at the dealership, we take a walk around the forecourt with Paul and discuss the current stock layout, how we’re presenting the cars and what we can improve.
🎥 Teaching our sales team to make better videos
Finally, we get the sales team together for some video and social media training, looking at how they can become more confident on camera and produce better videos of our cars.
