We’re celebrating today as it’s Jamie’s 10 year anniversary at Redgate Lodge Motor Group.
Jamie joined us shortly after we relocated the business from Bedlington to Shiremoor. He joined us as a valeter, when we were selling 40 cars per month, we now sell over 150 cars, so the workload has increased. We promoted Jamie to our Car Spa Manager around six years ago, he now runs a team of six fantastic detailers who keep the wheels turning.
When Jamie started with us 10 years ago he immediately commented the difference between working where he had previously and Redgate Lodge, he said at Redgate you get asked to do something not told and that you get appreciated as an important member of the team and not get spoken to like sh.t
