Redgate Lodge named Service and Repair Outlet of the Year at the Used Car Awards 2019.
Car dealership Redgate Lodge has picked up its fourth prestigious Used Car Award at this year’s ceremony, held in London on Monday night (November 25).
The Newcastle upon Tyne business walked away with top honours in the Service and Repair Outlet of the Year category and was highly commended in the section for used car dealerships with more than 100 cars as well.
The team operate a Bosch service centre, so customers are guaranteed first-class work at affordable prices. And they are accident repair specialists too, with work carried out to an exceptionally high standard and as promptly as possible.
The awards are organised by trade publication Car Dealer Magazine, with the nominees subjected to a rigorous judging process, including a mystery shopping round.
Service and Repair Manager Ben Dewar commented: “It’s been a bit of a game-changer for us adding on the Bosch service centre. It really has made a difference and gives customers peace of mind because they know the level of training our team needs to be part of the network.”

The business won Best Dealership Use of Video in 2016 and 2018, while owner Scott Sibley was named Dealers’ Dealer of the Year in 2017 for his service to the industry.
