They also discussed the technology within the Volkswagen ID3, as well as the running costs of electric cars in general and how their price can depreciate when sold from new.

Despite only previously driving Teslas, Scott and Anthony were genuinely impressed with the ID3’s smooth driving experience, comfort, and practicality as a family car.

We’ve Had A Defender Nightmare

One thing we cannot change at the north east’s leading used car dealership is how cars are designed. Fortunately, we have a team of car repair specialists who know how to work around key issues that crop up from time to time. In the newest episode of Honest Cars NE, which is available to watch on YouTube, Vehicle Technician Ed and Workshop Controller Josh notice that, when the oil from a Land Rover Defender 90 needs to be drained, it will fall directly onto the vehicle’s subframe.

As you’ll see when you watch the episode We’ve Had A Defender Nightmare, Ed and Josh fashion together a clever contraption to ensure the oil is directed into the basin and not all of themselves or the workshop floor.
